We require you to provide an opening video of the package as proof. This video is mandatory for processing refunds or replacements. Without this video, we are unable to verify the condition of the product and cannot honor refund or replacement requests.

• Put on jewellery last (After perfume/makeup)
• Store in airtight pouch
• Avoid wearing it to the gym/sleep
