Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective or damaged. All sales are final.

Defective or Damaged Products:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we require you to provide an opening video of the package as proof. This video is mandatory for processing refunds or replacements. Without this video, we are unable to verify the condition of the product and cannot honour refund or replacement requests.

Refund Process:

If your product is deemed defective or damaged based on the provided opening video, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment immediately. 

Replacement Process:

If you prefer a replacement for the defective or damaged product, please contact us (7021931250) with the opening video as soon as possible. We will review the video and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.

Note: We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests if the opening video is not provided or if the product's condition does not meet our criteria for defectiveness or damage.
